About Chris

Chris Webb is a crafty guy who dabbles in all sorts of craft and making activities including printing, knitting, carpentry, handmaking bath and body products and quilting and patchworking. I’ve brought my crafty roots from Canada with me to the UK and used them to build a business where I teach people to make things and spread my DIY spirit and ethos. Although my home will always be in Canada, I feel most at home wherever I am knee deep in craft supplies and surrounded by half-empty cold cups of tea.

I've worked as a tutor for a number of different organisations including Ministry of Craft and The Bristol Folkhouse, and also volunteers his time for craft workshops with charitable organisations and community groups who are trying to build more creative work into their programming. More recently I have delivered workshops for London Craft Club and the Wellcome Collection Reading Room.

This is my blog of creation and inspiration. I also run the blog and social media platform 52Quilters Designed to inspire crafting, teach and share skills, and partake in the occasional shameless showing off.
